Flowers and Woman
“A tribute to the colors of lndia and its endless abundance of flowers since they are everywhere; Carefully sorted in markets, woven by women into garlands and bouquets, sold outside temples, offered to deities, growing wild in gardens, lining the roadsides. This photographic herbarium gathers some of my favorite species, arranged as playful collages on handmade marble paper, ethically crafted in the workshops of Auroville, lndia. A few rhinestones, found in local shops, add a subtle nod to the vibrant, and joyful aesthetic deeply woven into lndian culture.”
