Gianne Encarnacion’s Somatic Gardens

Somatic Gardens 1. Neuron Garden

Filipino artist and illustrator, Gianne Encarnacion embraces “organized chaos” in her work. Inspired by science and spirituality, Gianne transforms the natural world into portals to the abstract. Her recent series, Somatic Gardens, takes a unique approach to the human body.

Imagine cells as vibrant gardens, safe spaces to explore and connect with your inner self. This is the essence of Somatic Gardens, a visual invitation to stroll through the intricate network of our being. With biologically-inspired flowers, fungi, and foliage, Gianne invites us to appreciate the wonder within.
